Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. 
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the original barcodes attached. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied.

Returned Items:

We can not offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing. 
How to Return:
Please send an email to info@birdonawirevintage.com informing us you would like a refund with your name and order number.
Please ensure the parcel is sent Tracked addressed as follows below (to ensure fast and secure receipt, please also note we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Sale Items
Items bought in the sale are not eligible for a refund, however we can offer an exchange. Sale items must be sent back to us within 7 working days of receipt to be eligible for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items on Sample Sale / Flash Sale / Promotion / One-off limited edition design pieces
Pierced Jewellery
Underwear, Swimwear, Socks and Tights. 
(This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.)
Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@birdonawirevintage.com.
 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items lies with the customer.
